Contract is only valid to original Owner .
Buyer has 72 hours to have pup examined by a licensed veterinarian, and to personally inspect the pup and send copy back to me within 1 week of vet examination or guarantee will be void.
We also offer a replacement guarantee on our puppies, up to 1 year of age, if the puppy develops a genetic life threatening disease, including debilitating hip dysphasia caused only by natural causes not by neglect of Buyer,
We will replace the puppy with another of the same sex, similar color and pick of equal value at our first opportunity, provided that conditions in this contract are met and kept by the buyer. If your pup develops any life threatening disease You can (A.) either keep that puppy must be sprayed/neutered and pay half price to get a replacement, (B.) send puppy back to breeder(and still get a replacement) Buyer is responsible for all vet/shipping cost. We will need proof from your Vet sent to our Vet for verification.
If BFK dog is bred or sold to second party This contract is also VOID.
Contract is Void once a BFK dog is bred male or female
We give a 48 hour guarantee against parvo after leaving Bosque Farms Kennels, If the sickness can be traced to our kennel within a reasonable likelihood. I do not guarantee, coats, color, size, ear set, tail set or personality, I do not guarantee against Coccidia/giardia (but I do give albon/flagyl for prevention before pup leaves. But your puppy may need additional worming/treatment upon arrival if your pup sheds more parasites after a negative fecal result.
It is your responsibility to maintain any vet check ups once your new puppy arrives, keep shots up to date and worming up to date, provide heartworm prevention monthly, house the pup properly, and promptly give or secure the best attention to the physical welfare of the pup and maintain a proper diet for you new baby.
Bosque Farms Kennels or Edwin & Teresa Garcia are not liable for any trouble or damages your dog happens to get into (train your dog).
BFK's prefix will remain on all puppies papers sold. Puppy's will be registered ARF (Animal Research Foundation)

I THE BUYER AT THE TIME OF THE SIGNING AM NOT UNDER THE INFLUINCE OF ANY SUBSTANCE AND AWARE OF THIS CONTRACTS CONTENT.
