2009 RATE SHEET : Member of CKC, Vice President of Canadian Professional Handlers Association
All show rates are based on Per Day of Show. Expense Charges are extra

HANDLING FEE (COATED BREEDS) $ 80.00
SPECIALTY FEES (CANADIAN) $100.00
NATIONALS (CANADIAN) $150.00
EXCLUSIVE FLY INS $500.00
MULTIPLE FLY INS $100.00
BOARD PER MONTH (BASIC) $250.00
BOARD PER DAY (BASIC) $ 15.00
BOARD WILL VARY DEPENDING ON COAT MAINTENANCE
AIRPORT PICK UP AND DELIVERY (CANADIAN) $ 40.00
AIRPORT PICK UP AND DELIVERY (CUSTOMS) $ 75.00
BREEDING FEE (STUD DOG ON PREMISES - TO BE DISCUSSED)
ALL FEES ARE SUBJECT TO GST GST # RT8993801
WESTMINSTER AND USA NATIONAL RATES UPON REQUEST
ALL USA SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED IN USA FUNDS
ALL EXPENSES WILL BE PRO RATED
ALL BILLS DUE UPON RECEIPT. 2% INTEREST WILL BE CHARGED MONTHLY ON OVERDUE
ACCOUNTS. DOG MAY BE RETAINED BY HANDLIER IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED IN FULL.
ALL CASH AWARDS ARE RETAINED BY HANDLER
NO ENTRIES WILL BE SUBMITTED WITHOUT A CURRENT VISA, MASTER CARD NUMBER.
The client shall be responsible for booking with the handler any show in which they wish their dog entered.
In the event a client withdraws a dog from a show after the close of entries, the client shall pay to the handler
any fees relating thereto, unless otherwise arranged.
The client shall be provided with marked tear sheets, prizes and ribbons as soon as possible after each show.
If for any reason, the dog requires veterinary attention, any fees charged shall be reimbursed to the handler.
Although every precaution will be taken to avoid any incident, the handler cannot be held responsible should
any ill fortune befall your dog.
Any special diet requirements or supplements are at the owner's expense, and shall be carried out by the
handler at the owner's request.
Two percent interest per month will be charged on invoices outstanding after 30 days. The handler may retain possession of the dog until all charges under the terms of this agreement have been paid.
