CH MACH Goodtime's Double Trouble OJP NF
Welcome to Flightline Golden Retrievers located in Western North Carolina. My name is Diane Hamblin and my husband, Jim, and I have been involved with dogs for over 30 years. Our love of Goldens started in 2000. Not long after that, Jim turned in his fishing rod and boat to train and show in agility while I gave up my six day a week workout schedule at the gym to add agility to the conformation and obedience training I was doing. Now our weekdays are spent training our dogs while most of the weekends are spent showing.
The heart and soul of Flightline is CH MACH Goodtime’s Double Trouble OJP NF who arrived one stormy night by airplane 2 hours after the baggage claim was closed. We were escorted onto the flight line at our little airport to retrieve our first show puppy and she is exactly what we wanted. Thank you, Kathy Smith (Goodtime Goldens), for letting us take the reigns with Maggie. She has proven herself to be a truly wonderful, versatile dog and a loving family pet. We are honored to have Kathy as our mentor.
Each of our dogs is shown or is training to be shown in several arenas. We have been showing in AKC agility since 2002, AKC conformation since 2003 and in 2006 we started showing in AKC obedience. Our dogs all live in the house with us and are primarily our cherished pets. We are members of the Mid-Florida Golden Retriever Club, the Golden Retriever Club of America, the Atlanta Golden Retriever Club, and the Blue Ridge Agility Club.
