WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SIZE, TEMPERAMENT OR COLOR OF PUPPIES AS
ADULTS. WE CAN ONLY ESTIMATE ACCORDING TO THE PARENTS.
The purchaser agrees to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice
within 72 hours of the puppies arrival. It is best not to have the puppy at the vet the day
that you pick him/her up, because he/she may be tired from the flight and needs a day
to recover before being subjected to the veterianarian. Should the puppy be determined
to be unfit for purchase due to illness, disease or congenital disorder, the cause of which
is clearly attributable to the seller, the puppy may upon presentation of a writtern diagnosis
from said veterinarian be returned for another puppy of equal value by the seller.
Puppies that are shipped are at risk for Coccidia and Kennel cough which is common in puppies
that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self-limiting and like the
common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is
not life threatening. So, if you plan to have your puppy shipped instead of picking it up you need
to be aware of this.
Jim Fork Creek also offers a replacement guarantee on our puppies up to 1 year
of age. If the puppy develops congenital (born with) or hereditary life threatening disorder,
we will replace the puppy with another puppy of same sex, breed and equal value, at our
first opportunity, provided the conditions below are met and kept by the buyer:
- If puppy dies within one month a replacement will be offered providing the buyer has a
veterinarian's autopsy report which indicates that a congenital defect was the cause of death.
Buyer pays all shipping costs involved in obtaining a replacement puppy.
- Buyer agrees to provide routine veterinary care of this puppy...Including proper vaccinations,
routine worm checks, heart worm treatments, and records of such care should buyer have to
return puppy for replacement.
- Buyer understands contract will be void if buyer fails to provide routine veterinary care, if
puppy is sold, transferred, or injured by accident or neglect. This guarantee does not cover
any common puppy ailments such as worms, vitamin deficiencies, any viral bacterial diseases
or disorders brought on by parasites.
- Jim Fork Creek will not be responsible for any veterinarian fees or costs. Buyer is aware that
owning a puppy means regular trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be
responsible for all payments.
- There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy
regardless of show or breeding potentials.
- Jim Fork Creek is not responsible for temperament issues as they can be caused by lack
of training, discipline, or proper dog socialization which is determined by every dog's
personality.
- Because of the variety and quality of dog foods available (and all canine illnesses are NOT
covered by vaccination), we ask that all Jim Fork Creek puppies and dogs be kept on "NuVet
Plus Canine"(a nutritional supplement) for a period of 1 year from date of purchase.
This Nutritional Supplement is only available through breeder recommendation.

As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and dewormings.
The buyer will be furnished a copy of these and will continue future vaccinations and
dewormings as they are due.
SHOULD OUR VET FIND A GENETIC DEFECT WITH A FULL REGISTRATION PUPPY AT THE TIME OF THE WELL PUPPY CHECK, WE WILL EITHER REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID, OR OFFER THE PUPPY AT A REDUCED PRICE . THE CHOICE WILL BE UP TO THE PURCHASER.
Buyer agrees to provide safe guards for this dog's well being, including, but not limited
to, proper diet, obedience training, proper socialization, shelter, companionship, and
veterinary care. Buyer also agrees that this dog will not be tied or chained in any
way,except briefly, or allowed to roam free, but will be supplied a fenced yard, large
kennel, or proper outdoor supervision.
I, the buyer have read this contract, understand fully the contents thereof and acknowledge
receipt of it. We are not relying on verbal statements not contained herein.
We accept a $200.00 non-refundable deposit, that will hold the puppy you pick until ready
for placement. The remaining balance is due before the puppy is 8 (eight) weeks old unless
other written agreements have been made.
