Achievements:
Kjella was my second elkhound.... and totally different from Bjorna, the first one. She would rather have been hunting than having anything to do with obedience but we did earn some titles.... and I used to show her as a brace.
She got as far as utility but really wanted out of the ring...so we stopped. I tried tracking and she really was good, unfortunately I stopped that too since it was too time consuming.
At age 8 or 9, she moved out with my oldest son Eric and lived in the country.... there she could hunt to her hearts content....
AKC Titles- CD and CDX - 2 High Scoring Elkhound and Hound at all breed shows out of open B
Kjella won my very FIRST Dog obedience Trophy. High Scoring Elkhound out of Novice B.

Her special trick was tree climbing ...and if she couldnt get the squirrel...she would tear the tree bark with her teeth in a little temper tantrum...
