Gena and her litter were dumped at the Fort Wayne Animal Shelter. Her 3 siblings were temperament tested and adopted. Gena was too scared to even be tested and just melted.  Rescue was notified that a shy and very scared little girl needed to be fostered. John Nelson Moosedog Rescue got her out and she was transported to my house . She soon came out of her shell. She was a lovely puppy and has a happy loving little spirit. She evaluated just fine when not so scared.

 

She was shy at the vet and melted to the floor, unable to walk, But after being examined and having her rabies shot, she approached the vet on her own , wagging her tail.

 

She will be a super nice puppy and is ADOPTED and lives with a big handsome male elkhound named Lars and owner Carol.

She was only here a few days but her memory will last forever.
