Loki
Achievements:
Loki (the Norse God of mischeif & destruction) bowled into ours lives as a playmate for Brenna. He is fun to have around and keeps us all on our toes. He is now (Oct 2003) growing in to a big beautiful boy
He started his show career on 28th June at the Working Dog Club Tasmania Championship show.
Loki is also showing great potential as a herding dog, even if he is knocked over by the sheep he gets up and keeps after them!!
October 2003 under USA judge Mr B Whaling Loki s awarded Reserve Challenge and runner-up Best of Breed.

November 2003 Loki get his first Best of Breed.
January 2004, two more Best of Breed wins.
July 2004 with many more CC and BOB wins Loki is half way to his Championship title and I hope to have his HiT title very soon.

Now in September 2004, Loki passed his two legs needed for his Herding Instinct Test title with much enthusiasm, with which he tackles most things in his life!
Hobart Royal Show October 2004 Loki gained his final points for his title with Best of Breed at this show.
December 2004, Loki gains two passes (three needed) for the next level of his herding title.
2005 saw a change in the herding rules, so the passes Loki has are for B course at Started Level - we might get there one day!

2007 - Loki is now working at herding again, he is pretty full on at times, but at least we have a decent 'stop' now. He has one pass at A course Started level. With luck and a fair amount of work her might have his Started title by the end of the year. Thanks has to go to Karen Sherlock for her assistance and training (both Loki & me) to get us there.
April 2008 has now seen Loki gain the final passes he needed for both his Started A course herding title and his Started B course herding title. He topped the day off by taking out Runner-Up High in Trial for sheep and gaining his first pass in Started A course with ducks. This boy has come a LONG way since we first started out together in herding.

Just a country dog!
