Characteristics: Incredible size, tree trunk bone, and the most massive, perfectly shaped block head you can imagine. Enzo’s head is as nice as any Rottweiler that you will find anywhere in the world! It is literally the size of a basketball!! His world famous father, INT CH Herbie Vom Gruntenblick, has nothing on him! Enzo is the perfect blend of working drive, intelligence, and playful socialization that you strive for in the breed. His movement is flawless, and his athletic ability rivals his fathers reputation. I have never heard of anyone who has met Enzo that hasn’t first been fear stricken by his imposing size, and then shocked by his perfect manners and gentile personality. He is a true joy to be around and the perfect representation of the Rottweiler breed!
Pedigree Analysis; Enzo has a world class pedigree with 9 out of 14 relatives on his three generation pedigree as INT, Dt. VDH, single, or multi country conformation champions. Combine that with the working accomplishments of these same dogs and you have a perfect combination of conformation and tremendous working ability. The males on his three generation pedigree are sire Herbie Vom Gruntenblick, grandsires Mambo Von Der Crossener Ranch and Odo Vom Fleisher, great grandsires Rick Von Burgthann, Noris Vom Gruntenblick, Balou Vom Silberblick, and Odo Von Der Flugschneise. The dams in his pedigree are equally impressive starting with his mother Nikol Od Dragicevica, one of the most winning females in the breeds history. His grandmothers and great grandmothers are hard working german females from some of the best kennels in German history such as kennel Vom Kummelsee, kennel Vom Spokenkeiker, Kennel Od Dragicevica, and Kennel Von Der Crossener Ranch. Enzo is the product of a linebreeding on Norris Vom Gruntenblick/Falko Vom Gruntenblick, via his grandfathers Norris Vom Gruntenblick and Balou Vom Silberblick. There is also a second line breeding one generation further back on Chris/Irk Vom Obergrombacher Schloss, which is one of our favorites for producing massive size and heads. Enzo has Rick Von Burgthann as his great grandfather via Mambo and Herbie, but he is far enough back and in a small enough dose that he makes Enzo an ideal breeding partner for most over bred Rick females out there today!
