We are now situated in Brighton which is about 20mins from Hobart on 8 acres.
Waikikamukau Australian Shepherds is only a small kennel though quite successful in both the showring & the herding rings.
We only breed a litter every 1-2 years & alot of planning & thought goes into this, we do have a waiting list for those that wish to add their name.
All breeding stock are health tested, this includes hip/elbows, as well as yearly eye tests & any DNA tests that become avaliable, I only breed from bitches over 2years of age & stud dogs are not bred from until 2 years.
Tlinglit Pony Stud was established back in the 1990's & has had considerable sucess in the show ring with my Shetland Ponies, At the moment have 4 but am hoping to increase my numbers in the next few years when the right ponies come along.
I am also a fully licenced ANKC Herding Judge & have judged both here in Tasmania & Interstate.
