If you look at "Progeny Info" page you will find a whole section with examples of Arangold/s progeny who are in service, such as working as guide dogs.
Puppies met each other, two wonders from frozen semen 4mths (Jag and Mic), and one very happy 8wk old girl (Gria)
The colour of a golden by the NZ standard is...
"Any shade of gold or cream, but neither red nor mahogany. The presence of a few white hairs on chest permissible. White collar, feet, toes or blaze should be penalised. Nose should be black. "
The first picture shows a WHITE Samoyed through to a RED Irish Setter.
Neither end are permissible in the Golden Retriever breed standard, but all that is between is golden! This photo is from Wendy Andrew's "The Breed Standard Illustrated"
The second picture shows the variation that can exist within just one litter, these are four puppies from one Arangold litter.
There are a couple of lovely pics of Mum and Shiraz and Eve that i have uploaded to the photo gallery.
These were taken by a lovely 'Golden' family while visiting NZ from Sweden. Unfortunately they did not get the best weather, but by the pics of the snow when they got home, it was still warmer here!
