Hollymere is a small rural kennel, located 50 kms south west of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We have owned Golden Retrievers since the late 1980's and show our dogs in conformation, do some obedience work and are currently training for agility.
Our first Golden, Linchael Christmas Cracker, "Holly", was imported from England and since that time we have specialised in using English lines in our breeding programme. In the past five years we have imported two other Goldens from England, and bred to dogs with compatible English lines.
We don't breed every year and our puppies are sold with a CKC non-breeding agreement to responsible and loving owners who are prepared to commit their time to a new family member. Our puppies come with a three year health guarantee, have their first set of vaccinations and are microchipped.
All our breeding stock are cleared for hips, elbows, cardiac and annual eye tests.
We are members of the Canadian Kennel Club, the Golden Retriever Club of Canada, the Ottawa Kennel Club and the Ottawa Valley Golden Retriever Club.
