Achievements:
Meshik - the only siberian in New Zealand to have 2 Best in Shows under specialist breed/show/racing judges and Best in Show over the largest entry at a Championship show in NZ (80). A fabulous show dog (holder of over 250cc's) and committed sled dog - sire of numerous champion progeny and grand progeny.
Meshik was not shown until he was a year old, starting in October 1994 he was titled by mid march 1995, gaining his 8th cc with a runner-up best in group and junior in show - at Rotorua Kennel Assn (these were the days of shows with entries in excess of 1100 dogs)
Now at 15 years old he is retired enjoying his dotage in the comfort of a grassy paddock with his daughter Envy.

Best in Show June 1998 - Judge: Ali Koops, Forstals Kennels, UK (his daughter Ch Alyeshka Marieke Kaatje SDCh was Reserve in Show)
Best in Show 2000 - Judge: Tracey Pittock, Cheechako Kennels, UK
Winner Dog cc - Judge: Bart Miller, Blueridge-Soma Kennels, Canada
Passed away 4th June 2009 with all the dignity he had in life - we will miss you Meshik - Forever in our hearts - Run free in your silver harness.......
