Both parties have agreed to the following terms of sale:
The Seller Agrees:
This puppy is in good health at the time of the sale. The Buyer will have 7
business days (Saturday’s included) to have the puppy examined by their own
veterinarian. If for any reason the purchaser is not satisfied with the puppy
within the 7 business days, she or he may return it to Kristil Goldens at his or
her expense, provided the puppy is in the same condition as when it was sold. If
the puppy is returned due to illness, a letter from the buyers veterinarian is
required. The purchaser will receive a replacement puppy from the next litter or
a full refund as decided upon by the breeder. All veterinary costs after
departure from Kristil Goldens, no matter what the reason, including the 7
business day period, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Every reasonable precaution has been taken to prevent this puppy from acquiring
hereditary hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, cateracts, or subaortic stenosis. Due
to unknown hereditary and environmental causes of such defects, no guarantee
will be given against them.
The Buyer Agrees:
This puppy will be given adequate and proper shelter and shall be housed
securely. This puppy shall not be neglected, allowed to roam free or mistreated
in any manner. This puppy shall not be restrained by tying or chaining it to
stationary objects ( trees posts etc.) The buyer agrees the puppy shall receive
proper nutrition. The buyer agrees to keep the puppy in suitable weight and
provide daily exercise and agrees not to overwork the puppy.
The puppy shall receive proper veterinary care thought it’s lifetime and receive
the appropriate vaccinations and heartworm medications.
The Buyer will notify the Seller first if for any reason the buyer no longer
wants or is able to keep the puppy. The Seller shall have first right of refusal
if the puppy is to be sold or disposed of in any way. If the Seller does not
wish to acquire the puppy, the Seller will assist the Buyer in placing the
puppy.
The Buyer will notify the Seller of any change of address and will maintain
contact with the Seller throughout the lifetime of this dog. The Buyer will
notify the Seller of any AKC, CGC, or GRCA titles earned by this dog.
The Buyer will register the puppy with the AKC prior to 6 mos. of age with the
prefix “Kristil” to appear first in the name.
Buyer agrees not to breed this dog or bitch. This puppy will be registered on a
Limited Registration. Spaying is required by 6 mos. of age and Neutering
required by 1 year of age, unless prior approval has been given in writing by
the breeder. If for any reason the Buyer feels that this puppy is indeed
show/breeding quality, and the Seller/Breeder agrees, payment will be made to
the breeder to upgrade to a show/breeding contract. This payment shall represent
the difference between the pet price paid and the current asking show price of
Kristil Goldens show quality dogs, and the limited AKC registration will be
lifted by the Seller. Limited Registration in no way prevents this puppy in any
AKC events except for the conformation ring.
No Guarantees expressed or implied, are given by Kristil Goldens and Debra Oster
the seller, except those stated herein.
Seller warrants that she is the lawful owner of this puppy and is alone
responsible for entering into this contract with the Buyer.
The Buyer has read and understands the forgoing and agrees that all parts
constitute a binding agreement with the Seller. This constitutes the entire
agreement of the parties hereto with respect to the sale described.
