A huge Thanks to N.Rutan and family for allowing us to own these fine dogs.Dogmen(and Women),know that it is rare for someone living,to actually have their own line of dogs.While there are a few(Mr.Booth & Mr.Nuttall,& F.Boudreaux among them),this family has been kept Pure,thru the efforts of N.Rutan,who continued this line,which was originated by his father, Mr.Neil Rutan.These are not "Show dogs".They are true-blue,time tested(and proven) working dogs.Every type of vermin there is,gets worked by these dogs.While they are too big for earthwork(averaging between 25-45 lbs)these little dogs hunt everything from hogs,to raccoon,oppossum,rats,etc.Don't be mislead by hearing that others have "Olde Boston Bulldogs",because if they're not working/hunting,then they are not the true OBB's that the Rutan's have made sure to preserve.The "real" OBBs,the Rutan OBBs,are a dog which while being able to compete in the areas as the "Show-bred" dogs,ie:being companions etc,they can also dispatch unwanted vermin,AND protect your loved ones,which is one of the things that Mr.Neil Rutan purposely bred for.(Read the "OBB" page for info on this breed)Thank you and GOD Bless/J&J
