  'My other passion,my '1967 Chevy Chevelle Malibu'
My love for the breed started 20 years ago,with the aquisition of 2 American Pit Bull Terrier puppies,purchased for a friend who was looking for that particular breed.We knew nothing about these dogs.We fell in love with the the 2 pups,and they remained with us.They turned out to be the best of companions,and were the ideal kids playmate and freind.I started reading ,and talking with people,and it was through thoses correspondence, that I learned about the Staffordshire Bull Terriers,and the American Staffordshire Terriers. Life took a different route at the time,and my search for my dogs was put on hold. A few years later ,I aquired my first staffy bull from the US,and Kerry became the ideal breed for all aspects of life. Thru her,and aquiring a few more along the way,I realizd that this was where I wanted to devote my time and energy .To owning,and promoting this most wonderful,funny,courageous and ,simply wonderful,canine companion.The Am Staff entered the picture in those years also,and a more ''clownish', creature I never knew existed. The goal of ''PowerStroke '',is to breed as close to the standards as possible,adhering to strict breeding practices of all health tested stock,and TEMPERMENT being of ut most priority. I look back on life, and there have been a lot of changes,but the one constant thing there allways was ,was the pure and simply joy of owing the greatest dogs in the world.
