In 1988 we purchased our first golden Arnya - Tangueny Tanya as a pet however got hooked on the showing bu and then in 1989 purchased our Duggan - Cariston Country Lad. Duggan and Arnya are the memories behind our vision and still hold special places in the memories of all our current goldens.
Our special thanks to our good friend Glyness Taylor of Glynmuir Goldens for entrusting us with Gemma - Glynmuir Priceless Gem who along with Lincoln - Ch Tammara Claymore Fineen have given us some wonderful young stock who are the basis of today's winning goldens.
Special thanks to Rose Easton of Montego Goldens in Sydney Australia for sending entrusting Leo - Montego Kiwi King Leo to us.
Largely we have done things "on our own" however with the help and discussions with our good friends Glyness Taylor (Glynmuir), Margaret Hean (Arangold) and Vicki Hammond (Roshana Labradors) we are where we are today.
Our life with Goldens has greatly changed with the passing of my beloved mum and kennel mate Pauline on the 25th May 2007. Mum fought a long and courageous battle with cancer but at the tender age of only 56 years she succumbed to the terrible disease just 40 days after my wedding to Stacey.
It is now left to me Kelly my husband Stacey and Dad Tom to continue our Golden legacy.
The photo above is the only wedding photo I can't replace in my album..........our wedding would not have been complete without Piper - Ch Tammara Keelin Orinthia and Bailey - Tammara The Band Played On (aged 6 months).
